What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and are immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments. The vibrations calm the nervous system and guide you into deep rest.
Do I need any experience with meditation or yoga?
No experience needed. Sound baths are accessible to everyone — including people who find it hard to meditate. The bowls do the work. You just relax.
How long is a sound bath session?
Sessions typically run 45–75 minutes. Private and group bookings can be customised in length.
Can sound healing be added to a yoga class or event?
Yes — sound healing pairs beautifully with yoga, breathwork and women's circles. Many clients book yoga + sound as a combined experience for bachelorettes, corporate events and private gatherings.
