Privacy Policy

Love Elevate Yoga Inc. ("Love Elevate") collects only the personal information it needs to run your booking, keep you safe in a session and stay in touch when you've asked us to. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how you can reach us about it. It follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who we are

Love Elevate Yoga Inc., based in Kelowna, BC. For any privacy question, email us at hello@loveelevate.com.

What we collect

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Love Elevate does not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate our business, and only to the following categories of recipients:

Our service providers are required to protect personal information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to support our operations, and all client communications are reviewed by a person before they are sent. Some service providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, and as long as the law, our insurer or our accountant requires. Financial records are kept for at least six years. Waivers are kept for as long as they may be needed for insurance or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely.

How we protect it

Access is limited to Love Elevate and the providers listed above. Our accounts use secure passwords and two-step sign-in where available, and health information shared on a waiver is never added to our booking calendar, email list or general records.

Your choices

Email hello@loveelevate.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Participants under 19

Anyone under 19 needs a parent or guardian to complete their waiver and booking.
