About the Day
Reset & Renew is a collaboration between Love Elevate and The Inner Expert, hosted on a private Okanagan estate called Nature & I. It's built for anyone who wants to slow down, get honest about where they're at, and actually feel their way through it rather than think their way through it.
Sam leads the mindset and awareness side of the day — working with your thoughts, your energy, and the choices you're making right now. Sheryne leads the body side, guiding you through what your nervous system is holding onto, whether or not your mind has caught up yet.

Co-facilitator specializing in somatic and nervous-system work. Sheryne leads the hypnotherapy and body-based portions of the retreat.
